Community Involvement Center

– Tonopah

We work in collaboration with a variety of community partners to provide services to underserved and indigent populations including criminal justice diversion, opiate medication-assisted treatment referrals, and child welfare diversion programs.

Programs Offered at CIC – Tonopah

The Community Involvement Center (CIC) is an outpatient hub providing an access point for clients from a variety of rural referral sources into any of WestCare’s continuum of care services through an initial assessment.

The CIC also serves the 5th Judicial District Drug Court Program, which addresses criminal behaviors and addictive thinking patterns. Education provided includes alcohol, substance use and abuse, along with teaching coping skills for those that are substance dependent. Tele-Health is also available for those who need treatment in substance abuse with co-occurring mental health disorders.

USPO Drug Testing Center

WestCare’s United States Probation Office (USPO) Testing Center drug screens pre & post trial clients as mandated by Probation/Parole Officers. Results are shared with USPO daily.

Outpatient

Outpatient programming is offered 1-3 hours a week as an aftercare service. Most clients have either completed a residential program or do not require more intensive services through residential.
